Fort Myers and Lee County Murder Lawyer Attorney David A. Brener 239-332-1100 recently persuaded the state attorney's office to dismiss murder, home invasion robbery, and aggravated battery with a firearm charges against his client, Patrick Nelson, in the Cape Coral "Steak N Shake" murder case.
